My name is Jhonatan Henao-Muñoz, Colombian, eater, dreamer, anime fan and, a former GTA of Spanish of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where I graduated with a Master's Degree in Modern Languages and Literatures, my specialization is in Spanish, my minors are in Hispanic Linguistics and French. Besides, I completed a Graduate Certificate in TESOL. At the University of Arizona, I pursued two Master´s Degrees, one in Spanish, majoring in Hispanic Linguistics and minoring in Second Language Acquisition and Teaching, and the other in French Linguistics and Second Language Learning & Teaching. Besides, I completed a Graduate Certificate in Technology in Second Language Teaching. Currently, I'm a Ph.D. Candidate in Applied and Theoretical Linguistics at the Complutense University of Madrid, Spain. Based on my background, and simplifying: linguistics, languages and teaching are my interests. I come from Manizales, Caldas, Colombia. Living on the Western mountain range, I am fascinated by nature, flowers, mountains and sunsets. Also, I like people, talking with, holding conversations about language, anime, books, cinema, and music while having, of course, a good coffee. My passions are learning and teaching languages, whenever and wherever. |
